Answer:

\boxed{ \bold{ \huge{ \boxed{ \sf{x = 7}}}}}

Explanation:

\sf{ - 8(4 + 3x) = - 200}

Distribute -8 through the parentheses

\longrightarrow{ \sf{ - 32 - 24x = - 200}}

Move 32 to right hand side and change it's sign

\longrightarrow{ \sf{ - 24x = - 200 + 32}}

The negative and positive integers are always subtracted but posses the sign of bigger integer

\longrightarrow{ \sf{ - 24x = - 168}}

Divide both sides by -24

\longrightarrow{ \sf{ ( - 24x)/( - 24) = ( - 168)/( - 24)}}

Calculate

\longrightarrow{ \sf{x = 7}}

Hope I helped !

Best regards! :D
