The best way to achieve your dream body is to start by determining what body type it is that you want to work for. Are you looking to gain or lose weight? Increase muscle? This process depends on your personal
preferences.

In the case of losing weight, try researching diet plans and daily workout routines. Keep a calorie journal so you can note how much you’re eating on a day-to-day basis. If you have the funds, look into personal trainers or a gym membership.

If you want to gain weight/muscle, try meal prepping. Make meals in advance that include the extra amounts of needed protein, calories, and healthy fats you need. Although you’ll need to eat more, make sure not to splurge on junk food, this wont cause healthy weight gain, but the food will convert into fat. Exercise comes in handy for this as well. When you start eating more and more calories, you will need to consistently work out so that you maintain the muscle you get, and that it doesn’t turn into fat.

These are just a few basic tips, but internet research will be your best friend on this kind of topic. Always remember not to overwork yourself, and avoid developing harmful/unhealthy eating habits. Your body does not define YOU!
