First, some religions have guidlines on foods. For example, Muslims can't eat pork or drink alcohol or take drugs, and buddhists are vegetarian or vegan. Your family is who feeds you food, so if your family buys unhealthy food theres a possibility you would become moe obese by eating that unhealthy food.
