How do you solve -3x-4=14​

First you add +4 to the 4 and the 14. 14 + 4 =18, you are left with -3x=18, 18/3 is x=-6.

-3 x -4 = 12
Because the negatives cancel each other out
Therefore leaving you with 3 x 4 and that equals 12
