These numbers do not include 0.

Integers are all whole numbers (positive and negative) including 0. i.e

These numbers are all natural numbers including their negative counterparts (i.e negatives of the natural numbers) and also 0.

0 is an integer but not a natural number

-3 is an integer but not a natural number
