This is asking for slope intercept form. See attached

[Slope]

The slope is -
(4)/(3).

-> Start at (0, 0)

-> Count four units down and three units right to the next point

-> Since this line is going from top left to bottom right, the slope is negative

[Y-intercept]

Since this line goes through the orgin, (0, 0), there is no y-intercept. Hence why this value is nonexistent in the equation they give to fill out.

The slope itself should be negative, so enter a "-" (or however you do it)

The question mark, outlined in green, should be 1

The top of the fraction, the numerator, should be 1

The bottom of the fraction, the denominator, should be 3
