Wins: 57 games

Losses: 21 games

Explanation:

a + b = 78

a = 2b + 15

a = wins

b = losses

(2b+15) + b = 78

3b + 15 = 78

3b = 78 - 15

3b = 63

b = 63/3

b = 21

a = 2b + 15

a = 2*21 + 15

a = 42 + 15

a = 57

Check:

21 + 57 = 78
