Driving would be more pleasant if we didn't have to put up with the bad habits of other drivers. A newspaper reported the results of a valvoline oil company survey of 500 drivers in which the drivers marked their complaints about other drivers. The top complaints turned out to be tailgating, marked by 22% of the respondents; not using turn signals, marked by 19%; being cut off, marked by 13%; other drivers driving too slowly, marked by 9%; and other drivers being inconsiderate marked by 5%.

A. The answer is option D, the last option from the question in attachment and the pareto chart line would go in opposite direction from the bar chart in question using cumulative percentages, increasing from left to right as against the bars(sketch attached)

B. A circle graph/pie chart cannot be drawn here since it requires that everything adds up to a 100% unless another category could be added to take up the remaining percentage value, maybe termed "other" or "miscellaneous"
