We know that :-

Now, considering the class AS whole, we can say that the value of class is 1.

According to Equation given:-

`(4)/(5) + x = 1`

`x = (1)/(1) - (4)/(5)`

Taking LCM,

`(5 - 4)/(5)`

`= (1)/(5)`

Fraction of the class are boys.
