Answer:

You begin to manage your anxiety by contacting the opponent. For myself really, one of mine biggest concerns was height. I was afraid to get to the lifts or to move on the top floor because I would see the glass.

When my brothers joined the Boy Scouts, I got interested as a chief. Shortly after, the soldiers went on even a rock-climbing trip mostly on turnbuckle. To claim that I was terrified at 10 feet was an exaggeration, and I actually froze and shut up at 20 feet. My belayer spoke to me, and told mw that I always stay there until midnight, if possible, but that I would come down from my own.

After around ten minutes, I refused to come down. Then he instructed me to lie down and showed me how to do that. I followed his movements as he walked. He spoke to me about going up again when he was done. This period, even though it wasn't pleasant, I got to the edge, 35-feet then drop back once. I had been on the stone three more times until the party left, causing me to glance down every time.

If you conquer one doubt, the world will never be the same again for you! The benefits of my stone-climb experience are my beam-focus capabilities. While I'm on wall, my concentration is complete, and even years ago, I can recognize the colours including its hand rails! My posture is much stronger than it once was, and my motions are much smoother and easier.
