It might sound cruel to say the elderly shouldn't be receiving this vaccine first as, to put it bluntly, they're probably going to die soon no matter whether they're ill or not. Therefore, those who are below maybe 50 with weaker immune systems should be given this vaccine first, this is because they are less likely to die due to age anytime soon and are less likely to be able to fight off this virus if they were to contract then someone with a naturally stronger immune system and they still have a lot of life to live.

Well, it seems as the most important people that operate the world (IE: Government, Presidential workers, ect.) would be the first. It would then (after a few more distributions) be to the people.
