Answer:
There are a bunch of ways you can make an essay longer!
Step-by-step explanation:
This really depends on what kind of essay you are writing.
Here are some ways I know-
1. Use longer words:
Instead of using plain adjectives or verbs, use the synonyms of them
Hard - Difficult
Tired - Exhausted - drained
Happy - Overjoyed - excited - Thrilled
Etc- You can learn these words by reading books and such, or just flipping through a dictionary.
2. Making examples/ finding ways to add more
If whatever you're writing about needs some examples- try to find some that require a long explanation- but not too long as you may get off track or lose the reader completely.
Ex: The importance of machinery
Talk about the benefits of the advancing machinery- and how it has made your life (helped) you in various different ways.
- Provides jobs
- Creates new ways to have fun
- Saves time
-etc
Different pieces of information can be stretched out to create a longer essay, as long as it is relevant to the topic, it's fine to write as much as you want!
That's- all I know lol.
It's really about details if you ask me, have a good vocabulary and be able to explain things longer, without straying from the topic
