Hey there! I'm happy to help!

I'll explain to you each of these on the D flat major scale.

With the first degree, it is simply the root triad: D flat, F, A flat.

Each degree up you go, you move each note one up in the scale. A D flat major scale is 5 flats: B, E, A, D, and G. So, for the second degree, your triad would be E flat, G flat, and B flat which is an E flat minor chord.

For the third degree, this would be F, A flat, and C, which is an F minor triad.

For the fourth degree, it is Gb, Bb, and Db, which is a G flat major triad

For the fifth degree, we have Ab, C, and Eb, which is an A flat major triad

For the sixth degree, we have Bb, Db, and F, which is a B flat minor triad.

For the seventh degree, you have C, Eb, and Gb, which is a C diminished triad.

Notice that for each degree you go up the triad notes go up one note in the D flat major scale. Look at the middle note for each triad.

F, Gb, Ab, Bb, C, Db, Eb

Now we can easily find the triads in the other keys.
