Explanation:

x*85+3*x*55+y*30=770.000

x+3x+y=19600

250x+30y=770.000

4x+ y=19600 /*-30

250x +30y= 770 000

-120x -30y= - 588.000

130 x= 182000

x=182000/130

section A x=1400 seats

section B 3x=3*1400=4200 seats

section C y=19600-4*1400=19600-5600=14000 seats
