Iceland is a small country located at the top right corner of the map, along the boundary of the North American and Eurasian Plates. The Mid-Atlantic ridge runs directly through the country. How is this plate boundary likely affecting Iceland and its landforms?

Answer:

Iceland is likely growing in size. Along the divergent plate boundary, a rift valley and volcanic activity is likely.

Answer: The plate boundary is causing Iceland to expand at 0.4 cm a year. The divide is located in a national park called Pingvellàr, where you can (and I have) walk between two tectonic plates. The movement of these plates also causes a lot of volcanic activity, especially along the ridge.
