Answer:

(x, y) --> (-x, y)

Explanation:

The transfromation is vertical reflection. We reflect GEXV over y-axis to get G'E'X'V'. So the y-coordinate stays the same and the x-coordinate changes its sign:

x' = -x and y' = y

so (x, y) --> (-x, y)

It looks like a reflection over the y-axis. There's a formula you can use when doing reflections over the y-axis, (x,y) is going to become (-x, y) thats also the coordinate rule I think.

If you apply that rule to each point you should get the reflected image.

G- (1, 3) then (-x,y) to get (-1,3)

E- (1, 2) then (-x,y) to get (-1, 2)

V- (5, 1) then (-x,y) to get (-5, 1)

X- (3, 3) then (-x,y) to get (-3, 3)
