There would be many problems, if only one person in town could read and some of them are as follows:

  • Dependent on only one person for reading.
  • Lower literacy rate of the town.
  • Slow memory enhancement of other people.
  • Slow economic growth or development of the town.
  • Lack of knowledge as reading provides knowledge.
  • Lack of new thoughts and ideas.
