If a diet has inconsistent results, as in the case of the paleo diet, how would that influence your decision to try it? What

factors would you look for when choosing a healthy diet?

If the results are inconsistent i would not consider trying that diet. When choosing a diet, consider your height, age, and weight. And your body goals such as.. do you want to lose/gain weight? Do you want to gain muscle? For each goal there is a recommended diet
