2 1/4 - 3/4 = 3/2

(2x4=8 +1 is 9. So, 9/4 - 3/4 is also 6/4)

Sum = add

3/4 + 5/6 = 19/12

Thus, its 3/2 ÷ 19/12

(remember keep change flip for this - KFC)

3/2 ÷ 19/12

3/2 x 12/19 = 36/38

Simplify to get 18/19

Answer : 18/19

Hope this helps!
