(-1,1) and (-2,3)

m=y2-y1/x2-x1

m=3-(1)/-2+1

m=2/-1

m=-2

now find b at point -1,1

y=-2 x+b

1=-2(-1)+b

b+2=1

b=1-2 ⇒ b=-1

y=-2 x -1
