or,(3x+3)² = 18x

either,3x+3= 18x or, 3x+3=-18x

or, 15x=3 or, 21x=-3

or, x=1/5 or, x=-1/7

`(3x - 2)(3x + 2) = 0`

`3x - 2 = 0`

`3x = 2`

`x = (2)/(3)`

AND

`3x + 2 = 0`

`3x = - 2`
