Answer:

x = - 1

Explanation:

(1)/(3) (6x - 15) = (1)/(2) (10x - 4)

Expand the terms in the bracket

That's

(1 )/(3) * 6x + (1)/(3) ( - 15) = (1)/(2) (10x) + (1)/(2) ( - 4) \\ 2x - 5 = 5x - 2

Subtract 5x from both sides

2x - 5x - 5 = 5x - 5x - 2 \\ - 3x - 5 = - 2

Add 5 to both sides

- 3x - 5 + 5 = - 2 + 5 \\ - 3x = 3

Divide both sides by - 3

( - 3x)/( - 3) = (3)/( - 3)

We have the final answer as

x = - 1

Hope this helps you
