Answer: 68,719,476,736 different ways to answer the quiz.

Explanation:

We have 20 questions.

4 of them, have two options (true and false)

and 16 of them have 4 options (a, b, c and d.)

The total number of different ways of answering this quiz is equal to the product of the number of options for each case, then we have:

Combinations = (2^4)*(4^16) = 68,719,476,736 different ways to answer the quiz.
