Part 1: Area

A = πr²

= π(22/7 form) × 0.4²

= 0.5 in²

Part 2: Circumference

C = 2πr

= 2 × π(22/7 form) × 0.4 = 2.51

Given , radius of circle is 0.4 inches

We have to find circumference and area of the circle

Formula for finding area of circle :- πr²

Area :- 3.14×0.4² sq. inches

Area :- 0.5024 sq. inches

Formula for finding circumference of circle :- 2πr

Circumference :- 2×3.14×0.4 inches

Circumference :- 2.512 Inches
