sin60° =
(opposite)/(hypotenuse) =
(x)/(3) =
(√(3) )/(2) ( cross- multiply )

x = 1.5
√(3)

According to diagram, this triangle is a right angled triangle.

So we can use trigonometric ratio to find the value of x

Now,


\:\bf{sin 60° = (x)/(3)}

=>
\:\sf{(\sqrt(3))/(2)= (x)/(3)}

=>
\:\sf{(3\sqrt(3))/(2)= x}
