So we can reflect the function over the y-axis and then compress it by a factor of 4 to make the graph
x^2.

Then we can move the graph over to the left 3 because the c value is positive, meaning that we move the graph over to the left.

Finally, we can move the function of by
(2)/(3) because the d value is positive, meaning that we move the graph up.
