Neither Priya nor Tyler is correct. Both are wrong.

Explanation:

Figure D is the only shape that we can refer to as a scaled copy of figure A. This is because, from observation, all segments that make up figure D are times two of the corresponding segments that make up figure A.

Whereas, if we compare figure B, and C with figure A, not all of their segments is twice as the corresponding segments of figure A.

Therefore, both Priya and Tyler are wrong. We cannot agree with any of them.
