What you are doing is correct just continue counting each hydrogen atom

Basically you have to find how many Hydrogen atoms are in the compound. The number in the corner should tell you.
C18H36O10 would be 36.
C4H10 would be 10.
NH3 would be 3.
NaHCO3 would be 1.
C6H12O6 would be 12.
H2 would be 2.
