As seen from the first given equation: x + 1/x = 2

If we think of x as x/1 instead then we get:

x/1 + 1/x = 2.

To combine the fractions we multiply the top and bottom of the first one (x/1) by x to get x^2/x so both have the same denominator so we can combine them which gives us:

(x^2+1)/x=2

Move x to the other side and we get:

x^2+1=2x

Move it back and we get a quadratic equation of

x^2 - 2x + 1

This factors into (x-1)(x-1) meaning x=1

For all the other equations they are equal because x=1.

1 to the power of anything is still one so each of the equations below will result in: 1+1/1 which is 2.

Therefore all of them are equal.
