$(2)/(3) \: cups = 2 \: serving$

$( (2)/(3) )/(2) \: cups = (2)/(2) \: serving$

$(2)/(3 * 2) \: cups = 1 \: serving$

$(2)/(6) \: cups = 1 \: serving$

$(1)/(3) \: cups = 1 \: serving$

So, there are ⅓ cups of flour in one serving.
