Answer:
x = 4
Explanation:
4x + 4 = -3 + 2x + 15
4x - 2x = 15 - 3 - 4
2x = 8
x = 8 : 2
x = 4

4x+4=-3+2x+15
Step 1: combine like terms
4x-2x=15-3-4
2x=8
Step 2: divide by 2 on both sides
x=4
