A. {(1,2) , (-3,2), (4,-1), (2,1), (2,3)}

B. {(-3,1), (4,2), (3,-1), (2,-4)}

C. {(4,2), (4,-1), (3,-2), (1,4), (-2,4)}

D. {(3,-2), (-3,2), (5,-2), (-1,-1)}

Function is something like domain mustn't have the same value in a single set. For example,

{(1,2), (3,4), (5,9)} This is Function because in a single set, none of the domains (x value) are the same. (Domain is the set of x, so the domains are 1,3 and 5)

{(1,2), (1,5), (2,9)} This is NOT Function because in a single set, 2 orders (1,2) and (1,5) both have same domain (x value) and that is both x = 1.

For the A, It's not function because of (2,1) and (2,3)

For the B. It's function because all x values (domain) are different. (they mustn't be the same value or else it won't be function)

For the C, Not function because of (4,2) and (4,-1)

For the D, it's function.
