Explanation:

first you would simplify by multiplying -7 from the terms in the parenthesis and then you would get
(5x)/(6) +3>(-7x)/(6) -21 then you would add 21 to both sides to get rid of the -21 and you would get
(5x)/(6) +24>(-7x)/(6) then you would subtract 5/6 from both sides to get rid of the 5/6 so you get 24>
(-12x)/(6) and then you would simplify by multiplying 6 to both sides so you get 144>-12x then you would divide both sides by -12 (note that you have to flip the greater than or less then sign after dividing by a negative number) so you get -12<x or x>-12
