The slope for the parallel line is -9/5
And the slope for the perpendicular line is 5/9

Answer:The equation of the line is 9x-5y=9

5y=9x-9

y=9/5x-9/5

Comparing with y=mx+c we get slope m=9/5

Slope of a line parallel to this line=9/5

Slope of a line perpendicular to this line=-5/9
