From the graph, we can see that the domain stretches infinitely in both directions. Therefore, the domain is all real numbers.

For the range, note that horizontal line at y=1.

The dotted line tells us that there is a horizontal asymptote there. In other words, y would never reach exactly 1.

Thus, our range would be all values greater than 1 (to positive infinity).
