Answer: f(x+3)=x+4

Explanation:

f(x)=x+1

f(x+3)=(x+3)+1 ⇔ substitute x

f(x+3)=x+3+1 ⇔ take of parentheses

f(x+3)=x+4 ⇔ simplify
