Parts 3 Preamble to the U.S. Constitution "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." This is how I would rewrite the Preamble so that other people can understand it. I hope it helps increase support for the new Constitution. My Preamble:

The states could not be forced to obey laws. Thats a problem because with no one being made to follow the laws, everything would be out of control with murders and thiefs. They couldn't make anyone follow the laws. Why? Because they didn't have the Executive Branch. The executive branch makes people follow the laws.
