How to solve:
1) 4(2x+9)=-44+8
2) 8x+36=-36 (distribute the four to the numbers inside of the parenthesis and combine like terms)
3) 8x=-72 (subtract 36 from each side)
4) x=-9 (Divide each side by 8 to get the answer)
