Lower air pressure systems have lower pressures in the middle of the systems then around it which causes more winds to blow in the directions of the lower pressures. This causes the air is propelled upwards when they collide and as the air keeps going up the water vapor condenses causing clouds to form. Therefore, the most fitting option would be option B.

Answer: Option B, cloudy wet weather
