Answer: pemdas you solve each portion in the order of pemdas parenthesis, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction so you would start with 2(5x) than you would need to make both sides true so if you were to take 6 away from the left side of the equal sign you would need to do the same on the other side so put negative six on the right side
