Answer:

7 cm.

Explanation:

Area of the 2 bases = total area - area of curved surface

= 408 - 100 = 308cm^2.

So the area of 1 base = 154 cm^2.

If radius of the base = r:

pi r^2 = 154

r^2 = 154/pi

r = sqrt (154/pi)

r = 7.0014 cm
