$(4)/(2-√(2))+(5)/(√(2) -1)=(4*(√(2) -1))/((2-√(2))*(√(2) -1))+(5*(2-√(2)))/((√(2) -1)(2-√(2)))\\\\\\=(4√(2)-4+10-5√(2))/((√(2) -1)(2-√(2)))$
