10[6(n+1)+5(n-1)]=13[7(5+n)-(25-3)]

You will collect like terms

10(6n+6+5n-5)=13(35+7n-25+3)

it will give you this

10(11n+1)=13(10+10n)

Then you remove the parenthesis

110n+10 = 130 +130n

Move the terms

110n -130n = 130-10

collect like terms

-20n=120

divide both sides

n=-6
