Answer- Spain and France had the same religious motivation for colonizing North America. France sent missionaries to North America with the goal of converting the Indians to catholic Christianity.

Answer:

Hey there!

They saw the colonies as raw-material producing areas, in which the raw materials could be sent to Spain, France, and England, to be made to manufactured goods.

Let me know if this helps :)
