how can you decrease your sugar/ junk food cravings? ​

Starting high and going low on what u consume, especially sugars sometime Depression like me , causes u to crave sweet, and also anxiety and stress. Do everything u can to lower ur sweets, and my Doctor especially reccomended me to drink water every single day to lower ur sugar levels.
