Remember to isolate your side factors when simplifying and put the big picture--x--aside from the other factors. Note that the problem also asks you to use only positive integers, so that is what we will do.

Here is how I did it...

8 × 3 × 4 = 96

8 ÷ 2 = 4

4 + 3 = 7(exponent 7(put in front of 96w, now 96w^7)

Include v and x as factors of the simplified equation.

Your problem then becomes
(96w^7v)/(x)
