To get the remainder of (x-(-1)) we need to evaluate for -1,


(-1)^(11)+101=-1+101=100

So if this is divided by x+1, it means that we can write


x^(11)+101=(x+1)P(x)+R\\\\so \ for \ x = -1\\\\(-1)^(11)+101=100=0*P(-1)+R=R\\\\\text{So the remainder is 100 !!}
