finding the value of slope:

slope(m)= y₂-y₁ ÷ x₂-x₁

= -1-4 ÷ 2-3

= 5

now finding equation;

y-y₁=m(x-x₁)

y-4 = 5(x-3)

11=5x - y

0= 5x - y -11

therefore equation of line in point slope is : 5x-y-11=0
