Explanation:

irrational number will never be changed into rational number when they do any operation with rational numbers.

4 2/3 is a rational number, which means the second term in the expression must be rational in order to make the expression entirely rational

√3 is not rational, thus, all the expressions that contains √3 is irrational.

The remaining have √4, but √4 is rational because simplifying it will become 2, and so expressions with √4 is rational
