Playing Video games also help with social anxiety becouse on some games you need to get on a chat and talk with people to help you out. Even tho there video games are not good to look at for a long period of time, it can still help your body in multiple ways. So you can think of video games at a learning experience becouse it can help you learn multiple things at once.
